Main Menu
Roasted stuffed mediterranean style breast of chicken, served with home made red gum honey and pink peppercorn sauce served with roasted spinach tomatoes. Grilled roast king island Eye fillet cooked in red wine, served with baked potato and green vegetables.

Dessert
Traditional Christmas pudding with rum custard, butterscotch sauce and Des' Cassata. Fruit Platter Tea or Coffee
